Shreeji Plast has been manufacturing high-quality injection moulded plastic components since 2012. Our Unit–1 facility in Ghumasan, Mehsana, is equipped with advanced hydraulic injection moulding machines ranging from 160 tons to 1400 tons, enabling us to produce both small and large, complex plastic parts with precision.

We manufacture standard and customized engineering plastic components for HVAC systems, electrical products, water purifiers, automotive applications, and industrial equipment. Our in-house capabilities allow us to support customers from mould design assistance to final production and assembly. Each product undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure defect-free delivery and long service life.

Shreeji Plast manufactures split air conditioners exclusively under OEM supply for the brand Daitōryō, supplied to Akshar Home & Life Solutions. Our air conditioner manufacturing division follows strict process control, quality testing, and safety compliance to meet OEM specifications.

We handle assembly, gas charging, vacuuming, leak testing, and performance testing at our in-house facility. Every unit is tested for electrical safety, insulation resistance, leakage current, and high-voltage compliance before dispatch. Our OEM-focused approach ensures confidentiality, consistency, and long-term partnership reliability.

Heat Exchanger Manufacturing

Shreeji Plast is a leading manufacturer of fin and tube type heat exchangers, including condenser coils and evaporator coils, for HVAC and refrigeration applications. Our Unit–2 facility, operational since 2022, is equipped with modern coil manufacturing machinery to meet national and international quality standards.

We manufacture copper tube and aluminium fin heat exchangers used in air conditioners, chillers, refrigerators, automotive air-conditioning, beverage coolers, vending machines, and commercial refrigeration systems. Our production setup includes hairpin benders, fin press lines, expanders, auto brazing machines, and drying ovens, ensuring consistent thermal performance and durability.
